Sron a Choire Ghairbh/ Meall na Teanga 24-08-13

Lori and I set off early to bike into the start of the route from Loch Lochy.  We actually parked at the car park for the Lochs and crossed the canal with our bikes which was much easier than anything in any of the books.

The cycle in was fairly easy and then we locked the bikes and headed up the good forest trail, eventually out onto the open hill and into another one of Scotlands beautiful unspoilt glens.

On reaching the Bealach we then headed North up onto the first summit.  The weather was in and out at the time…

From here we descended back down to the Bealach and up onto Sron a Choire Ghairbh.  The weather cleared and what a wonderful view we had.  Pity my attempt at videoing did not pay off.

Thanks Lori, and good luck with your plans for the rest of the year….
